Qualifikationen

• Graduate degree in nursing or related field; if not in nursing, a BSN is required.
• Active, unrestricted RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where RN practices.
• NPD certification required.
• At least 3 years nursing experience with minimum 1 year of experience working with adult learners.
• Excellent written and oral communications; strong presentation and analytical skills; computer proficiency.

• Uses advanced nursing knowledge and educational design to implement evidence-based interventions and close gaps identified through needs assessment.
• Validates practice gaps and synthesizes data to determine learning needs at individual, organizational, and system levels.
• Evaluates cost-effectiveness and ROI of learning initiatives; applies project management to influence nursing practice and outcomes.
• Promotes career progression and lifelong learning, aligning strategies with professional standards.
• Fosters collaboration across disciplines to support professional development and strategic initiatives.
• Promotes a culture of inquiry by integrating evidence-based practice, research, and innovation into development activities.
