Job summary

LifeBridge Health is seeking a Behavioral Health and Emergency Department Nursing Professional Development Practitioner to enhance education and professional growth in their nursing teams. This role focuses on developing comprehensive educational programs aligned with adult learning principles and providing crucial support in high-acuity environments.

Candidates should have significant clinical experience in Behavioral Health and/or Emergency Nursing, alongside a solid educational background, to promote quality improvement and safe patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in nursing required; Master’s preferred.
Current Maryland Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
3-5 years of experience in Behavioral Health and/or Emergency Nursing required.

Responsibilities

Develops and evaluates education programs for the BHU and ED.
Provides leadership and education for frontline team members.
Partners with BHU and ED leadership to advance quality improvement.
