LifeBridge Health’s Sinai Hospital and Grace Medical Center seek a Behavioral Health and Emergency Department Nursing Professional Development Practitioner. You will design, implement, and evaluate education programs, mentor frontline staff, and support crisis-ready clinical excellence across BHU and ED.

Requirements include RN licensure in Maryland, a BSN, BLS, and 3–5 years ER nursing experience; national certification is required with instructor certs as a plus. Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing is required.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Current Maryland RN license is required; BLS is required.
• National certification required (e.g., Nursing Specialty, Nursing Professional Development, or ASTD); instructor certifications are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Develops and evaluates BHU and ED education programs using adult learning principles and standards.
• Provides leadership and hands-on education for frontline BHU and ED staff in high-acuity and crisis settings.
• Partners with BHU/ED leadership and interdisciplinary teams to advance quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and hospital-wide education priorities.
