The position requires BS/BSN, NJ RN license, BLS/ACLS, and at least 3 years in nursing with leadership and 2 years in behavioral health. Per diem scheduling and day shift offered.

Qualifications

• BS/BSN is required and NJ RN license is active.
• Minimum 3 years of current experience in the required areas.
• 1 year of leadership/management experience is required.
• Minimum 2 years Behavioral health specialization is required.
• BLS and ACLS through AHA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Report safety issues and participate in ensuring safety and quality of care.
• Collaborate with patient, family, and health care team to achieve outcomes.
• Assess competency skills of staff on an annual basis.
• Consult with clinical staff and leadership on practice-related issues.
• Coordinate and facilitate nursing orientation and education programs.
