Qualifications

• Active NJ RN license in good standing with BSN; MSN or doctorate preferred.
• Certification in nursing specialty NPDP recommended; EMR experience desired.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates effective communication and promptly responds to inquiries.
• Manages time efficiently, prioritizes tasks, and completes assignments accurately.
• Builds positive, culturally competent relationships with staff, physicians, patients, and visitors.
• Supports retention and team development through leadership and feedback.
• Seeks to improve processes using feedback and resource management while handling multiple projects.
• Performs duties within NPDP scope and standard of practice as assigned.
• Occasional travel to regional locations to support education.
