RWJBarnabas Health is seeking a Nursing Prof Dev Practitioner for the Develop Innovation & Research department at Community Medical Center in Toms River, NJ. The role focuses on education, staff development, and program delivery within a major teaching hospital.

The position requires a BSN with MSN preferred, active NJ RN license, and clinical expertise in Emergency Services. Day shift, salaried, with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN preferred.
• Recent Emergency Department experience (at least 3 years within the past 5 years).
• National Certification in Nursing Professional Development and/or clinical specialty preferred.
• Active New Jersey Registered Nurse License and required certifications (BLS/ACLS/PALS).

Responsibilities

• Mentor and support new staff.
• Assist with Annual Competencies.
• Projects, as assigned.
• Presents various programs.
• Integral part of the interview team.
• Support Education department, as needed.
