Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in nursing; degree completed by 6/1/2027.
• 3–5 years of active nursing experience; 1 year of teaching experience preferred.
• Nursing staff development and/or specialty area preferred; CT/RI RN licensure required within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Educates, develops, and evaluates educational programs for staff.
• Supports development of nursing leadership skills per ANA Standards.
• Represents nursing in interprofessional learning activities.
• Develops and implements quality improvement initiatives.
• Develops competency-based orientation and ongoing education.
• Collaborates with nursing education teams to staff development
