Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, developing education programs, supporting nursing leadership, and driving quality improvement.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in nursing required; one degree must be in nursing.
• Enrollment in Master's program with completion by 6/1/2027.
• CT/RI RN licensure required; board certification within 2 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assesses learning needs based on regulatory requirements and identified staff needs.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates education programs for nursing staff.
• Supports nursing leadership development and interprofessional learning activities.
• Leads quality improvement initiatives and measures outcomes.
• Develops competency-based orientation programs and ongoing education.
• Collaborates with nursing education teams for ongoing competencies.
