Qualifications

• Earned master's degree in nursing from a regionally accredited institution.
• Unencumbered Minnesota RN license.
• Professional nursing experience relevant to undergraduate nursing education and professional nursing practice.
• Demonstrated leadership, project management, program coordination, or comparable experience in an academic or healthcare setting.
• Demonstrated experience teaching and evaluating student learning at the undergraduate level.
• Demonstrated experience supporting students through advising, mentoring, or academic guidance.
• Effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, student-centered teaching and supporting learners from diverse backgrounds.

Responsibilities

• Teaching and program coordination for the Prelicensure BSN program.
• Support program operations, accreditation activities, and curriculum implementation.
• Coordinate clinical and simulation planning and student progression processes.
• Collaborate with departments, clinical partners, and regulatory bodies to ensure quality and compliance.
