Job summary

Trios Health in Kennewick, WA seeks a Clinical Educator to develop, plan, implement and organize education activities across staff, departments and hospital programs.

You will coordinate onboarding, deliver and evaluate training, partner with leadership to identify learning needs, monitor performance data, and support patient safety initiatives while maintaining compliance with policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• RN license and BLS required.
• 3–5 years clinical experience with adult education.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, implement and organize education activities for staff and departments.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation and ongoing staff education.
• Deliver, evaluate training programs to support employee development and organizational goals.
• Identify learning needs with leadership and implement education, quality and patient safety initiatives.
• Monitor, analyze and share performance data to support improvement.
• Lead education-related projects, committees and teams.
• Provide education, coaching and subject matter expertise to staff and leaders.
• Ensure compliance with policies, confidentiality, and regulatory requirements.
