Qualifications

• BSN degree and RN license in New Jersey.
• 3+ years in education or management.
• 3+ years of nursing experience.

• Ability to produce routine reports and correspondence.
• Preferred MSN education track.

Responsibilities

• Assist with faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation.
• Mentor faculty and support educational development.
• Support instructional delivery and address varied learning styles.
• Ensure instructors are present and coverage for absences.
• Evaluate and update the Faculty Education Plan (FEP) for nursing faculty.
• Conduct classroom observations and review results with stakeholders.
• Oversee student progress from orientation to graduation.
