Job summary

Lincoln Tech is seeking a Nursing Education Clinical Manager to join the school's management team and coordinate the clinical component of the nursing program. The role ensures compliance with government, accreditation, and school policies while supporting the program's objectives.

The ideal candidate has a BSN (MSN a plus), at least 2 years of clinical education experience and 3 years of nursing practice, plus NJ RN licensure and CPR certification. A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered.

Qualifications

• BSN required; MSN a plus.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical education experience.
• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience.
• Current CPR certification and required immunizations.
• Valid driver's license.
• Current NJ State RN License.

Responsibilities

• Ensure operations compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites.
• Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys; review results with relevant parties.
• Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation.
• Ensure instructors are present; arrange for clinical faculty absences.
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences.
• Manage student progress through clinical rotations and Skill lab processes.

Responsibilities forNursing Clinical Manager

• Ensure that the school's operations are in compliance with government, accreditation, and company policies and procedures.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinical sites
• Conduct clinical site visits, observations, and surveys and review the results with relevant parties
• Assist with faculty recruitment, orientation, professional development, and evaluation
• Ensure that all instructors are present, and provisions are made for clinical faculty absences
• Schedule faculty and students for all clinical experiences
• Manage and ensure satisfactory student progress through the clinical rotations and Skill lab process
