Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ seeks an Education Supervisor to lead our Allied Health program and contribute to campus management. You will supervise staff, recruit and orient faculty, and shape professional development opportunities to advance teaching quality.

You’ll manage faculty schedules, monitor attendance, and ensure excellent student service, retention, and outcomes while maintaining equipment and course materials. Full-time role with day hours and two evening shifts.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent education management experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• 2+ years of teaching experience (preferred).
• 1+ year of management experience (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff, monitor work processes, and conduct classroom observations.
• Recruit, select, orient, and train faculty.
• Develop staff professional and personal growth opportunities.
• Manage faculty schedules and monitor absenteeism.
• Provide excellent student service to achieve student satisfaction and retention.
• Maintain inventory of all equipment, book supplies, training aids, and course materials within the respective program.
