Job summary

Lincoln Tech in Paramus, NJ is seeking a Campus President to lead our educational team and set strategic direction for the campus.

This role requires a proven track record in large‑team leadership and deep knowledge of post‑secondary operations, accreditation, and compliance.

You will oversee academic activities, manage budgets, recruit staff, and represent the campus to the community while driving growth and student success. This is a full‑time, on‑site position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or significant commensurate experience.
• 5+ years of operational leadership experience, preferably as a Campus-based Director.
• Knowledge of Admissions, Administration, Business Office, Financial Aid, Career Services, Education, Student Services and Facilities

Responsibilities

• Have full responsibility and accountability for the educational performance of the campus within the framework of operations and policy guidelines.
• Establish an annual budget for the campus
• Recruit and manage all directly supervised personnel
• Ensure faculty and staff follow their job descriptions to the highest performance standards
• Ensure a practical orientation for all new hires at the campus
• Represent the campus in the community
• Establish active and functioning Advisory Boards and a Student Council
• Ensure OSHA/WISHA safety requirements are in place and followed
• Provide direction via Executive Team Meetings and liaise with Executive Team members
• Maintain compliance with educational criteria, accreditation, and curriculum standards
• Plan and coordinate accreditation changes, updates, and renewals
• Oversee curriculum development and maintain existing curriculum
• Organize and supervise all critical school functions
