Pacific College seeks a dedicated Vocational Nursing Instructor to join our VN program across the Costa Mesa and nearby campuses. This role may involve teaching theory, skills labs, and/or clinical experiences based on the instructor's background and program needs.

The candidate will mentor students, support ongoing term scheduling, and collaborate with program leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality learning experience across all settings.

Qualifikationen

• Proficiency with LMS and instructional tech for in-person, online, and hybrid formats.
• Strong clinical teaching across acute care, pediatrics, geriatrics, and primary care.

Aufgaben

• Deliver engaging instruction blending nursing theory with hands-on practice across diverse disciplines.
• Supervise, coach, and evaluate student performance with emphasis on safety and standards.
• Maintain accurate records including attendance, evaluations, and LMS documentation.
• Review course materials using LMS to strengthen learning outcomes and ensure consistent student experience.
