Responsibilities

Participate in ongoing faculty meetings to plan and develop the nursing program and curriculum
Instruct theory, laboratory, and clinical components; supervise students and provide feedback
Maintain student records and ensure alignment with program policies and external reviews
Collaborate with clinical facilities and other colleges to coordinate experiences and evaluate outcomes
Engage in professional development and shared governance activities
