Job summary

Qualifications
- MSN required; active CA RN license and BLS.
- Direct patient care experience within last 5 years in nursing.
- One year of RN teaching experience or equivalent.
- Experience teaching courses related to registered nursing.
- Ability to prepare lessons and inform students of course requirements.
Responsibilities
- Fulfills all duties enumerated within the Statement of Faculty Responsibilities.
- Reviews and adheres to the Faculty Handbook guidelines.
- Prepares and executes lesson plans for assigned courses.
- Prepares course syllabus and informs students of course requirements.
- Documents grades and student interaction in Campus Nexus within 48 hours.
- Adheres to programmatic accrediting requirements.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
