Job summary

Qualifications

Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.
Current unencumbered RN license in Alabama.
Three years of clinical RN experience.
Experience in nursing education preferred.
Experience with nursing education or health care accreditation processes preferred.
Experience incorporating multimedia instructional techniques into curricula.

Responsibilities

Teach assigned courses using engaging instructional methods.
Prepare and deliver instruction in varied settings (classroom, lab, online, hybrid).
Develop syllabi, lesson plans, materials, and assessments aligned with curriculum.
Utilize instructional technology to enhance learning and use LMS to support students.
Maintain office hours and assist students outside of class.
Collaborate with colleagues and industry partners to advance program goals.
