Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires RN licensure and nursing degree.
• Proven ability to design and deliver curricular content for nursing students.
• Experience coordinating preceptorships, clinical sites, and faculty.
• Familiarity with accreditation standards and program assessment.

Responsibilities

• Develops recruitment and preceptor plans for nursing programs.
• Provides staff education on mentor and preceptor roles to nursing students.
• Represents nursing program at meetings to engage potential providers and preceptors.
• Coordinates with contract management for compliance and renewals.
• Develops orientation materials and packs for preceptors and students.
• Maintains databases of students, sites, and evaluations.
• Designs and delivers course materials, syllabi, and assessments.
• Assesses student performance with timely feedback and office hours.
• Advises students on progression, planning, and career paths.
• Contributes to curriculum development and accreditation efforts.
• Assigns clinical sites, supervises practice in clinical settings.
• Engages in teaching, service, and scholarly activities.
