Job summary

- Designs curricula, develops programs of study, guides learners and evaluates learning outcomes.
- Assists students and practicing nurses in identifying learning needs and opportunities.
- Coordinates orientation of new staff and agency personnel into the organization.
- Evaluates effectiveness of educational programming and shares information with unit leadership.
Responsibilities
- Provides educational opportunities that benefit nurses at all career stages.
- Supports the bedside nurse with Professional Enhancement Program (PEP) and residency programs.
