AdventHealth in Orlando seeks an experienced educator to identify and document student performance, develop remediation plans, and align coursework with accreditation standards. You will design, deliver, and assess high-quality instruction and clinical assignments while collaborating with the team on curriculum development.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of college-level teaching experience, a Master’s degree (Doctorate preferred), and BLS certification.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of effective college-level teaching or equivalent experience.
• Master's degree required; Doctorate preferred.
• Ability to design, develop, and implement curricula and assessments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and document student performance or conduct concerns.
• Develop remediation plans and follow policies for discipline when warranted.
• Design, deliver, and assess high-quality instruction and clinical assignments.
• Collaborate on curriculum development and accreditation activities.
• Provide mentorship and support to students and participate in program initiatives.
