Qualifications

RN licensure in state(s) of practice.
BLS from the American Heart Association.
2–5 years of clinical education experience.
Expertise in adult learning principles and curriculum development.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic execution of nursing education, onboarding and competency programs.
Design and implement curricula ensuring regulatory compliance (Joint Commission, DNV).
Mentor NPD specialists and evaluate training effectiveness.
Collaborate with regional and hospital leadership to align education with quality goals.
Monitor metrics and drive improvements in patient outcomes and staff performance.
