Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven ability to assess staff competency and deliver education.
• Experience facilitating clinical training and competency assessment.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate clinical competency assessments for staff and trainees.
• Develop and deliver education on clinical skills and patient care.
• Assist in interviewing and onboarding of clinical staff.
• Conduct routine competency checks and annual refreshers.
• Oversee preceptor training programs and maintain standards and procedures.
• Collaborate with DHS and unit managers to address learning needs.
• Promote infection control practices and safety training across the facility.
• Document training activities in accordance with regulations.
