Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school and license in good standing.
• Minimum 7 years of nurse management experience preferred.
• Maintain required continuing education/licensing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the entire nursing department and staffing levels.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures ensuring compliance.
• Provide direct resident/patient care as needed and supervise staff.
