Job summary

PACS is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to oversee the nursing department for our residents. The DON will supervise staff, ensure policy compliance, and provide direct resident care when needed.

Qualified candidates have BSN (preferred), current RN licensure, and 7+ years in nurse management. This on-site role requires leadership across departments and adherence to all regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school; required or preferred.
• Active state nursing license; good standing with State Board of Nursing.
• Minimum 7 years nurse management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the nursing department and staffing levels.
• Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures; ensure compliance.
• Ensure resident safety and respectful care; provide direct patient care as needed.
