You will oversee 24/7 operations, hire and coach staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes. This full-time leadership role offers autonomy, strong administrative support, and a path to meaningful impact in long-term care.

Qualifications

• Active Missouri RN license required.
• 2+ years nursing leadership experience (DON, ADON, Supervisor).
• 5+ years in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership, accountability, and team-building skills.
• Knowledge of SNF regulations, surveys, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee all nursing operations (24/7 responsibility).
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and company standards.
• Hire, train, and manage nursing staff.
• Drive clinical quality and improve patient outcomes.
• Oversee care plans and coordinate resident care.
• Participate in admissions and evaluate incoming residents.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor staffing, performance, and regulatory compliance.
• Step in for Administrator when needed.
