Outfield-Healthcare-Partners is seeking a Director of Nursing to lead nursing services for a 5-star facility. The RN in this role will oversee 24-hour supervision, ensure compliance with state and federal regs, and maintain high-quality resident care under the Nurse Practice Act.

In the absence of the Administrator, you will assume center operations. The role requires a current RN license in the state, an ADN/BSN, and prior supervisory experience in long-term or acute care settings.

Qualificações

• Currently licensed as an RN in the state where practiced.
• Associate or Bachelor Degree from an accredited nursing program.
• Five years in long-term or acute health care preferred; at least 2 years nursing supervisory experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Assumes ultimate responsibility for coordinating plans for the total care of each resident.
• Communicates and interprets policies and procedures to nursing staff, and monitors staff practices.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may visit prospective residents.
• Participates in daily and weekly management team meetings to discuss resident status and issues.
• Other duties may be assigned at any time.
