Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinates total care plans for residents in accordance with physician orders and facility policies.
• Communicates policies to staff and monitors adherence.
• Participates in admissions decisions and may assess prospective residents.
• Attends management meetings to discuss census, personnel, and resident issues.
• Other duties may be assigned as needed.
