Qualifications

• RN license in Texas and proven leadership in long-term care or geriatric nursing.
• Strong clinical skills with a restorative care approach.
• Knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all nursing services in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, scheduling, and performance of nursing staff.
• Support on the floor to maintain high-quality care.
• Review payroll submissions for accuracy and compliance.
• Maintain resident records and documentation.
• Develop individualized care plans with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Ensure access to equipment and supplies for nursing staff.
• Coach, mentor, and support nursing staff to improve performance.
