Texoma Medical Center seeks an experienced Nurse Director to oversee nursing and clinical staff within the department, ensuring high-quality patient care and staff development. The role includes maintaining regulatory readiness, managing budgets, payroll, orientation, and meetings while coordinating with hospital teams to resolve concerns and support department goals.

The ideal candidate has RN licensure in Texas, 4+ years RN experience, and 3–5 years of management leadership with BSN preferred;

Formación

• RN experience in clinical leadership and staff oversight.
• Management experience in a hospital setting.
• Commitment to compliance with policies and codes of conduct.
• Active RN license in Texas or compact state; BSN preferred; master’s preferred for advancement.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee nursing and clinical staff within the department.
• Maintain performance skills, regulatory readiness, and accreditation readiness.
• Manage staff schedules, payroll, orientation, and staff meetings; ensure budget compliance.
• Collaborate with hospital staff, patients, families, and ancillary departments to resolve concerns.
