Job summary

AdventHealth in Texas is hiring for an RN Nursing Leadership role overseeing multiple departments across the hospital. You will lead clinical and operational performance, promote staff development, and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering an inclusive, high-performing team culture.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in Nursing, RN license, and 2+ years of leadership experience with strong communication and financial acumen. BLS is required; Master’s degree preferred.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years nursing experience required.
  • 5+ years nursing experience preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
  • RN License required.

  • Lead clinical and operational performance across areas.
  • Develop nursing leadership pipelines and staffing plans.
