Valley Baptist - Brownsville hospital is seeking a Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to lead nursing and designated patient care services across the hospital. The role will assess, plan, coordinate, implement, and evaluate nursing practice on a multi-unit level and maintain 24/7 accountability for assigned areas under the CNO.

The incumbent will partner to ensure high-quality, safe patient care, staff competency, and efficient resource management.

Qualifikationen

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in nursing. Preferred: Master's Degree in nursing, business, or related field.
• Experience: 2 years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or director.
• Certifications: Licensed/registered to practice nursing; BLS/ACLS considered standard.

Aufgaben

• Provide leadership and support to the senior executive position (CNO) overseeing nursing and designated patient care functions across hospital units.
• Assume 24/7 responsibility for Director's assigned areas and ensure high quality, safe care and appropriate resource management.
