Ideal candidates hold a BSN with a Master's degree in business or health administration (MSN preferred) and have extensive experience in nursing management in acute care settings.

Qualifications

• Education: BSN with Master's in business, healthcare administration, public health administration or related field; MSN preferred.
• Experience: 5–8 years of progressive nursing management in acute care; 10+ years preferred.
• Technical: Knowledge of nursing clinical practices, management and supervision; strong written and verbal communication.
• License: Active nursing license in state of employment.
