Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership oversight to ensure patient needs are met in accordance with physician instructions and facility policies.
• Demonstrate respect for co-workers and leadership and develop positive working relationships within departments.
• Provide direction to others that is clear, concise and promotes efficiency throughout clinical areas of the facility.
• Recognize legal policy limits and individual practice.
