HonorHealth is seeking a Director of Nursing for Preop/PACU/Endoscopy in Phoenix. The role leads clinical management, staff development, and collaboration with physicians to advance quality and outcomes in stroke care and perioperative services.

The position calls for strategic budgeting, policy development, and workforce leadership to ensure excellent patient care, safety, and satisfaction across the OR preop and recovery areas.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing in Arizona.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing leadership experience.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Master's degree in Nursing or related field preferred.
• BLS certification required; certification within 1 year of hire may be needed.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical management and operational direction for assigned areas.
• Lead staff development, physician relationships and quality initiatives.
• Develop annual capital and operating budgets and strategic plans.
• Ensure adequate staffing and implement onboarding, performance reviews and coaching.
• Oversee policy design, implementation and regulatory compliance.
• Drive patient satisfaction initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.
