Job summary

SCA Health is seeking a Director of Nursing in Massachusetts (Waltham area) to lead nursing care delivery across OR, Preop and PACU. The role oversees quality improvement, risk management, infection control, and staff education, ensuring compliant, patient-centered care in a multi-site ambulatory setting.

Ideal candidates hold an Associate degree in nursing (bachelor’s preferred), current RN licensure, and 2+ years of nursing management experience.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing required, a bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred.
• Current RN licensure.
• 2 years Nursing Management experience preferred.
• BLS Certification within 90 days of employment or documentation of current BLS certification.
• ACLS Certification within 90 days of employment or documentation of current ACLS certification.
