Ideal candidates hold a BSN, an active RN license, 5+ years in perioperative nursing, and ASC leadership experience, with ACLS certification.

Qualifikationen

• Active RN license.
• BSN required.
• 5+ years of perioperative nursing experience.
• Previous ASC or surgical leadership experience preferred.
• Experience with pre-op, OR, and PACU.
• Strong knowledge of ASC clinical operations and regulatory requirements.

• Lead and support nursing teams across multiple ASC locations.
• Provide guidance to Nurse Managers and clinical leadership.
• Oversee staffing, patient safety, quality, and clinical operations.
• Maintain compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
• Identify opportunities to improve nursing workflows and patient care.
• Monitor clinical performance and help implement improvement initiatives.
• Support hiring, coaching, and development of nursing staff.
• Partner with physicians and leadership on clinical and operational priorities.
