Job summary

Elios Healthcare seeks a Multi-Site ASC Administrator to provide clinical and operational oversight for 4–5 ambulatory surgery centers within a nine-facility network. The role collaborates with Nurse Managers, physicians, and senior leadership to ensure regulatory compliance, quality of care, effective staffing, and strong facility performance.

Qualifications

• Active RN license is required.
• Experience overseeing ambulatory surgery center operations.
• Understanding of ASC financials, including cost per case and staffing metrics.
• Experience with AAAHC or another accrediting body.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations across 4–5 ambulatory surgery centers.
• Provide leadership and support to Nurse Managers at each facility.
• Step in to provide clinical support to RN Managers when needed.
• Understand and monitor cost per case and the financial impact of daily decisions.
• Support accreditation requirements with AAAHC or other bodies.
• Identify opportunities to grow surgical volume and ASC performance.
