Job summary

Kingsland Surgery Center, LLC is seeking a Clinical Manager to lead nursing and clinical services in our Ambulatory Surgery Center. You will ensure high-quality patient care in line with policies, regulatory standards, and professional nursing practice, in collaboration with the Administrator, Medical Director, and surgical staff.

The role requires 5+ years in ASC leadership, strong regulatory expertise (AAAHC, Joint Commission, CMS), and active involvement in recruitment and workflow

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted RN license in Texas.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current BLS, ACLS certification or as per policy.
• Minimum of 10 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in perioperative/surgical areas.
• Previous nursing leadership or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee day-to-day nursing and clinical operations at the ASC.
• Ensure perioperative nursing care across pre-, intra-, and post-operative phases.
• Promote patient safety and regulatory compliance across the center.
• Oversee physician orders, clinical protocols, and staffing assignments.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of clinical staff.
• Maintain licensure, certifications, and ongoing staff competency.
• Lead quality improvement, QAPI, and infection prevention initiatives.
• Collaborate with administrators and medical staff to support operations.
