Job summary

Elios Healthcare seeks an experienced Multi-Site ASC Administrator to provide clinical and operational oversight across 4–5 ambulatory surgery centers within a network of nine facilities. You will collaborate with Nurse Managers, physicians, and senior leadership to ensure compliant, high-quality care and efficient staffing while driving growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active RN license.
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center operations.
• Understanding of ASC financials, including cost per case and staffing metrics.
• Experience with AAAHC or another accrediting body.
• Passion for growth, expanding surgical services, and making a meaningful impact across multiple facilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operations of 4–5 ambulatory surgery centers.
• Provide leadership and support to the Nurse Managers at each facility.
• Step in to provide clinical support to RN Managers when needed.
• Understand and monitor cost per case, staffing metrics, and the financial impact of day-to-day operational decisions.
• Support accreditation requirements, including AAAHC or other accrediting bodies.
• Identify opportunities to grow surgical volume, add procedures, and improve ASC performance.
