Job summary

Elios Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a Nursing Director to oversee operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers. This role blends clinical leadership with business operations and requires travel between ASC locations.

You will lead Nurse Managers and staff, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support hiring and development.

Ideal candidate has an active RN license, multisite ASC leadership, and strong decision-making with solid communication.

Qualifications

Active RN license.
Strong ASC leadership and operations experience.
Multisite ASC experience strongly preferred.
Strong business judgment and operational decision-making skills.
Experience with ASC regulatory and accreditation requirements.
Experience with ACHC, AAAHC, The Joint Commission, or another surveying organization preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily operations across multiple ASCs.
Lead and support Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and ASC staff.
Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives and process improvement.
Support hiring, training, employee development, and performance management.
Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and administration on surgical standards, regulatory requirements, and workflows.
Support the development and opening of new surgery centers.
Travel between ASC locations.
