Elios Healthcare in Georgia is seeking a Nursing Director to oversee operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers. This role blends clinical leadership with business operations and requires travel between ASC locations.

You will lead Nurse Managers and staff, drive process improvements, ensure regulatory compliance, and support hiring and development.

Ideal candidate has an active RN license, multisite ASC leadership, and strong decision-making with solid communication.

Nursing Director, Ambulatory Surgery Center Operations | Georgia

We’re seeking an experienced RN leader to oversee operations across multiple ambulatory surgery centers in Georgia.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is clinically strong but also brings a strong business and operational mindset and has experience leading ASC operations across multiple locations.

What you’ll do

• Oversee daily operations across multiple ASCs
• Lead and support Nurse Managers, Charge Nurses, and ASC staff
• Partner with senior leadership on operational initiatives and process improvement
• Support hiring, training, employee development, and performance management
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and administration on surgical standards, regulatory requirements, and workflows
• Support the development and opening of new surgery centers
• Work with external agencies and regulatory organizations as needed
• Travel between ASC locations

What we’re looking for
