HSHS Medical Group is seeking a Nurse Leader for the Med Surge department at St. John's Hospital in Springfield, IL. The role provides oversight of operations, budgeting, staffing, and quality improvement initiatives to deliver high-quality patient care.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Nursing (BSN) with licensure as an RN, at least 5 years of nursing experience and 3 years in leadership, and a Master's degree is preferred. Wisconsin multi-state license rules apply; BLS is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required; BSN obtained within 2 years is preferred.
• Licensed RN in the state of practice; Wisconsin multi-state license allowed per compact.
• Master's degree preferred; BLS certification required.

Responsibilities
