Highland Chateau Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Director of Nursing to oversee the nursing services department and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The successful candidate will lead a 64-bed facility and align care with the organization’s mission and values.

Requirements include an active Minnesota RN license and at least 3 years of supervisory experience in a health care setting, plus strong communication and leadership abilities to guide staff and

• Must hold a current, active Minnesota RN license.
• Minimum of 3 years supervising in a hospital, nursing facility, or related health setting.
• Knowledge of nursing practices and nursing home regulations.
• Excellent communication skills to explain complex medical information to residents and families.
• Proven ability to develop, implement, and evaluate care programs.
• Leadership skills to guide a diverse clinical team.
