Job summary

The Waters is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services and supervise the Therapy Department, ensuring high-quality resident care 24/7. As DON, you will coordinate with the Administrator and interdisciplinary teams to implement policies and maintain regulatory compliance across the facility.

You will supervise staff, participate in budgeting, staff development, and ensure documentation reflects nursing care and resident responses.

Qualifications

• Requires a current RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing service administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities
