The Waters of Martinsville is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead nursing services, supervise the Therapy Department, and ensure the highest quality resident care around the clock. The DON will drive regulatory compliance and supervise a skilled nursing team across shifts.

The role requires an active RN license, at least 2 years of nursing administration experience, and strong knowledge of applicable state and federal regulations. Competitive pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

• Maintains a current, valid RN license in the state of the facility.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing service administration experience.
• Strong knowledge of state, federal and local regulations for long term care.

Aufgaben

• Oversees nursing services staff and coordinates with Therapy Department 24/7.
• Acts as a key member of the interdisciplinary team and communicates with Administrator.
• Ensures residents receive skilled nursing and rehabilitative services as needed.
• Participates in recruitment, interviewing, and staffing decisions for nursing personnel.
• Plans staff development and compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
• Monitors documentation to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.
