The Waters seeks a Nursing Leader to provide clinical oversight and direction for its nursing staff across communities. You will ensure high-quality care, maintain compliance with state regulations, and collaborate with residents and families to discuss care options.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Experience in health care leadership or nursing administration.
• Knowledge of health regulations for senior living with a comprehensive home care license.
• Eldermark software knowledge is a plus.
• Excellent supervision, management and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate with residents and families clearly.

Responsabilités

• Provide overall responsibility for clinical oversight, supervision and quality clinical care of nursing staff.
• Determine proper acceptance of residents into health services by considering all parts of a resident's life.
• Maintain assessment and service agreement compliance with initiation of services and changes per state regulations.
• Work with and educate residents and families to recommend care options and maintain excellent communication.
• Hire, train, supervise clinical staff including RN/LPN, RA, CNA.
• Participate in on-call requirements and cover shifts when required.
• Support the community budget by managing staffing and overtime costs.
• Stay informed on evidence-based therapies and care trends for elders to improve processes.
