Job summary

Meridian HealthCare in Youngstown, OH seeks an operational leader to oversee Primary Care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across all locations. You will supervise nursing and medical support staff, optimize workflows, and drive quality, access, and efficiency in patient care.

You will collaborate with clinical leaders to monitor performance, implement EHR initiatives (NextGen), and promote integrated, patient-centered care while ensuring compliance and staff development.

Qualifications

• RN preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; an associate degree with at least one year of relevant experience accepted.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership and oversight for Primary Care and MAT services across all locations.
• Supervise and support nursing and medical staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, performance, training, and development.
• Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, procedures to enhance patient care, access, efficiency, and consistency across locations.
• Collaborate with medical providers and leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
• Lead EHR initiatives and quality improvement projects while promoting integrated, patient-centered care.
