Qualifications
- MD/DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Current, unrestricted Ohio medical license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certified or board eligible in applicable specialty
- Current DEA registration or ability to obtain
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive primary and preventive care
- Provide clinical leadership and oversight for primary care services
- Support and guide physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostic testing
- Educate patients on treatment, prevention, and wellness
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
- Support FQHC quality and performance initiatives
