Job summary

Meridian HealthCare seeks an operational leader to oversee Primary Care and MAT services across multiple sites. You will supervise nursing staff, refine workflows, and drive improvements in access and patient outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an RN license (BSN preferred) with experience in clinical office operations and NextGen EHR. Strong Excel skills and commitment to team development are essential. This full-time role offers comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • RN license preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with 1+ year of relevant experience accepted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Experience with clinical office workflows and healthcare operations is preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), particularly NextGen.

Responsibilities

  • Provide operational leadership for Primary Care and MAT services across all locations.
  • Supervise and support nursing and medical staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, and training.
  • Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, and processes to enhance patient care and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with providers and leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, and outcomes.
  • Lead EHR initiatives, staff training, and quality improvement projects.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational leadership and oversight for Primary Care and Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) services across all agency locations.
  • Supervise and support nursing and medical support staff, including staffing, scheduling, workflows, performance, training, and professional development.
  • Develop and improve clinical workflows, policies, procedures, and processes to enhance patient care, access, efficiency, and consistency across locations.
  • Collaborate with medical providers and organizational leadership to monitor quality, compliance, productivity, patient outcomes, and operational performance.
  • Lead EHR initiatives, staff training, quality improvement efforts, and medical operational projects while promoting integrated, patient-centered care.
Requirements
  • Registered Nurse (RN) preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; associate degree with a minimum of one year of relevant experience accepted.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required.
  • Experience with clinical office workflows and healthcare operations preferred.
  • Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR), particularly NextGen
